Eve online tech level 2 ships include command ships, logistic cruisers,  reconnaissance ships interdictors, interceptors, transport ships. The third large category of eve online ships is the capital ships. All the above ships can be further classified into four racial traits. That is caldari, amarr, gallente and minmatar ships. The minmatar ships are considered  the flying junkyards because of their appearance. The minmatar are the fastest ships and very effective in long distance attacks. The amarr ships have massive arrays and impenetrable armor to destroy. They have practical, straightforward and constant killing force and in many occasions are associated with religious names and terms. The caldari ships have diverse missile launchers and powerful shielding defense. Usually their names are animal or creature inspired. The gallente are considered to be the strongest with effective combat drones to be used on short range attacks. These are usually named after cultural figures.
